Size

• 3x4cm, not including the white frame.
• Photos that have been resized from 4x6cm to 3x4cm, or modify in any manner, will not be accepted.

Resolution

• The image file size must not exceed 200KB.
• Image resolution: 354 x 472 pixels

Specifications

• Format: .jpg
• The photo must be clear, in sharp color, and taken no more than 6 months prior to the registration day.
• Scanned or digitally edited photos are not accepted
• Background must be plain (white, light blue, gray) and free of patterns or designs.
• The face must cover 70% - 80% of the photo area. The photo must be taken from the front, showing a clear face, straight shoulders, neat hair, fully visible ears and forehead, a bare head, and formal clothes (e.g., collared shirt, blouse with sleeves; no low-cut tops). Clothing must be distinguishable from the background. Smiling with visible teeth is not allowed.
• Only clear, thin prescription glasses are permitted. Sunglasses or tinted lenses are not allowed.
• Hats, head coverings, or veils are not allowed, except for religious or medical reasons. In such cases, the face must be fully visible, without shadows.
• The photo must be sharp, evenly lit, and free of shadows or bright spots.
• The image must be high quality, not blurry, overexposed, or pixelated.
• Photos must not be folded, creased, or stapled.
