TEST REGISTRATION REGULATIONS FOR ENGLISH TESTS AT IIG VIETNAM

 

To ensure you have the most comprehensive and accurate information during the registration process at IIG Vietnam, we are pleased to provide the specific regulations as follows:

 

1. Create an account and fill in information:

    • Candidates must register their account on the official website of IIG Vietnam https://online.iigvietnam.com/ and complete the application form following the posted instructions.
    • Candidates must ensure they enter all required information themselves and upload a 3x4cm ID photo, identification document and other related documents (if required) as instructed. Candidates take full responsibility for the declared information. In case of any violation, candidates will bear all responsibilities as regulated.

2. Select a test date:

    • Candidates may only select from the test dates available on the system.

3. Receive the test results:

    • Receive results directly: The test results will be available for collection at IIG Vietnam office. Candidates are required to present Citizen ID card/Passport or have someone else to collect the results on their behalf. The authorized individual must present the Citizen ID card/Passport and an Authorization Letter.
    • Postal delivery: The test results will be sent to the personal address that candidates registered during the test registration process. The information cannot be changed once the registration process is complete..

4. Invoicing:

    • Requests for invoicing can only be made during registration. Once the test registration process is completed, it will not be possible to add or modify invoice information.

    • Candidates are required to carefully read the "Policies and Payment terms" before moving to the payment page in order to ensure their rights.

7. Retake policies – Minimum gap between test dates:

    • There must be a minimum gap of five (05) working days between the candidate's previous test and the next test (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
    • Notes:
      • Registrations will be rejected if the required interval is not met. 
      • This policy does not apply to the TOEIC Speaking & Writing tests.

8. Payment time:

    • Candidates must complete payment within 15 minutes of proceeding to the payment page. After this time, to continue with registration, candidates must restart the registration process.
    • Candidates are considered successfully registered only after completing the payment process and receiving a payment confirmation email from the system.

9. Registration confirmation:

    • A candidate’s application will be reviewed once payment is completed. Registration is considered successful once the application is valid and approved.
    • If additional documents are required, candidates will be notified no later than five (05) working days before the test date. Failure to provide the requested documents on time will result in cancellation of the test registration. In such cases, IIG Vietnam will refund the test fee within twenty (20) working days.

10. Discounted test fee:

    • Candidates who register for a test with a discounted fee must present the original copy of a valid supporting document (e.g., student ID, employee card, student confirmation letter, or employment confirmation letter) on the test day to verify their eligibility for the discount.
    • If the candidate fails to present the required document, or if the document is invalid or does not match the uploaded version, they will be required to pay the fee difference on the test day.

11. Check the email:

    • Candidates should check their personal email immediately after completing each confirmation step to ensure they receive all relevant information and instructions.
    • If no email or system notification is received within 24 hours, candidates are advised to contact the hotline at 1900 636 929 for support.

12. Special support:

    • Candidates with disabilities or those requiring medical assistance during the exam should contact IIG Vietnam's hotline at 1900 636 929 for the necessary support and instructions before proceeding with the registration process.

 

This regulation is effective for candidates who register for the test via the online registration system starting from April 21st, 2025. For candidates who have completed the registration process directly at IIG Vietnam's offices, please follow the instructions provided at the time of registration and noted on the registration form.
